This is a mild-flavoured accompaniment that goes well with rice or bread. The key to this recipe is that the cheese is properly melted while the egg is not over-cooked.

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

This is a nice accompaniment with steak. It is very easy to make and is less time consuming. I tried it with my steak. It was delicious. Why don't you try it with yours?

Ingredients
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

This goat meat curry is great for cold winter days. You may find goat meat readily where you live. I bought the goat meat from my local Chinese butcher shop. They keep it frozen but they look all right. I also found it a while ago in an Indian grocery store. They were available with or without bone. I prefer the one with bones and skin on as it gives the curry a good flavour.

This is an easy and tasty spicy pork salad recipe I have attempted several times at home and have received great feedbacks from family and friends.

Ingredients:
  • 2 kg pork spare ribs with a good layer of skin on top. Try to get ones with less bones.
  • One large red onion
  • 2 small red chillies

I first tried fried ox tongue while I was young. It has a chewy texture. I found the ox tongue in a Chinese butcher shop. They are large and weigh more than a kilo.

  • Wash the ox tongue properly.
  • In a large pot or a wok, boil the ox tongue for nearly half an hour, turning it frequently.

Today I am going to demonstrate how to make a Nepalese-style steamed dumplings (popularly known as momo in Nepal) from scratch. These are usually made by filling minced meat, vegetables, homemade cheese (paneer) or other ingredients inside a dough wrapper. Today's recipe is based on meat dumplings. This can be served as a main dish and is enjoyed in casual get-togethers.
